3.5 inch dual-bay docking station for two hard drives

Dual-bay hard drive enclosure for two 3.5 inch hard drives. Place your drives in the docking station and enjoy the possibilities of securing and storing files and data. This docking station supports two HDD / SSD hard drives of 3.5 inch or 2.5 inch hard drives in combination with a bracket (ORI-1125SS). Due to the USB 3.0 technology and the UASP protocol, the docking station supports a SuperSpeed transfer rate of up to 5Gbps. This is no less than 10 times faster than the speed with USB 2.0.

Dual chip for better stability

The JMS567 and JMB575 chips provide better security and stability of data storage and transfer.

150W power adapter

The built-in 150W power adapter ensures that the hard drive works smoothly, stable and durable. Connect the dual-bay hard drive enclosure to AC power by connecting the included power cable to the built-in power adapter.

Security lock

The docking station has a security lock. This allows you to additionally protect your inserted hard drives. Open the disc compartment by pulling the safety lock from the left. Insert the 3.5 inch hard drive (or the bracket with 2.5 inch hard drive) into the slot. Close it and lock it with the supplied key.

Stylish and qualitative design

Because the dual-bay docking station is equipped with an aluminum alloy and a matte black finish, the product fits into any interior. The housing consists of one piece of aluminum alloy up to 4mm thick, which is very well protected and also ensures good heat conduction. The thick aluminum ensures that the hard drives are always well protected. The bottom has four round, rubber anti-slip pads. This means that it always stays on the surface like on a desk. There is also an LED indicator that shows the working status.

Security

The Orico dual-bay docking station is very well secured. The product has a multi-safety protection system, which protects the product and the discs against overcurrent, short circuit, leakage current, overheating and overvoltage. The product is also equipped with an automatic sleep mode. As soon as the hard drives are not used for 10 minutes, everything goes to sleep. This is energy efficient and effectively reduces hard drive splitting. This also extends the service life. There is also a double heat dissipation: through the aluminum alloy and through the honeycombs for heat dissipation with built-in ventilation, heat is quickly dissipated.

Capacity

Each bay supports an HDD / SSD hard disk with a capacity of up to 16TB. In total, the capacity is 32TB.
