For a new SSD, you must go to Disk Management and initialize the SSD before it can be recognized and used normally. Follow the steps below to complete the hard disk initialization. It is recommended to use the SSD in exFAT format, which is compatible with Windows and Mac OS systems.

Right-click on Computer - Manage - Disk Management. Find your unallocated disk, right-click Unallocated and select New Simple Volume Wizard.
